Technical features

  • Grapes' harvesting: handworking

  • Alcohol: 14% vol.

  • Wine making and aging: vinified in stainless steel and then aged for at least one year into a 25 hl wooden barrel called “Allier”.

  • Bottle aging before sale: at least one year

  • Time consumption: excellent until eight/ten years

 

Organoleptic features

 

  • Color: intense ruby red color with a nearly black - violet shade

  • Wine notes: soft fruit (plums, blackberries, blueberries) with a pitchy inkling

  • Flavor: full and savory with a touch of freshness and refined taste of tannins

  • Service temperature: serve at 17-18° C

  • Food matching: white and red meat, ravioli and cheese

  • Bottle type: Bordeaux bottle

  • Further details: it could be packaged into boxes or marked wooden cases
