TECHNICAL DATA

  • Grapes from which it is produced: Albarossa

  • Harvesting method: manual

  • Alcohol content: 14% vol.

  • Vinification and ageing: vinified in steel and then aged for one year in 25 hl fine-grained "Allier" wood barrels

  • Aging in bottle before delivery: minimum one year

  • Consumption period: excellent up to eight/ten years

 

ORGANOLEPTIC DATA

 

  • Colour: intense ruby red with an intense purplish rim

  • Bouquet: hints of dark fruit (plums, blackberries, blueberries) with a resinous note

  • Taste: full and savory taste, with marked freshness and fine tannins

  • Serving temperature: 17-18°C

  • Pairings: white and red meats, agnolotti and cheeses
