BARBERA D'ASTI DOCG "CÂ NOVA"

 

TECHNICAL DATA

  • Grapes from which it is produced: Barbera

  • Harvesting method: manual

  • Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

  • Vinification: after a soft pressing, it ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature and remains there until the end of the fermentation

  • Refinement: the wine matures for five months in steel tanks, where it is subjected to periodic racking and is then left to refine in the bottle for two months

  • Consumption period: excellent up to five/six years

 

 

ORGANOLEPTIC DATA

 

  • Colour: intense ruby red

  • Bouquet: vinous, intense, persistent, with clear hints of red fruits, among which cherry stands out

  • Taste: dry, velvety, harmonious

  • Serving temperature: 16-18°C

  • Pairings: appetizers, first courses, vegetables and meats
