BRACHETTO D'ACQUI DOCG "CARTòS"

 

TECHNICAL DATA

  • Grapes from which it is produced: Brachetto

  • Harvesting method: manual

  • Alcohol content: 5.5% vol.

  • Vinification: it is vinified after a short maceration of about 24-36 hours on the skins to reach its characteristic light ruby red color with purple reflections. The wine is bottled at the beginning of December and made available for consumption during the holidays.

 

ORGANOLEPTIC DATA

 

  • Colour: ruby red tending towards light garnet

  • Bouquet: fruity, floral and spicy. An intense aroma of musk and wild berries stands out.

  • Flavour: clean, delicate and very persistent.

  • Serving temperature: keep cool and serve at 6-8°C

  • Pairings: sweets and fresh fruit in pieces (strawberries, peaches)
