RED WINE "AUTIGNAN"

 

TECHNICAL DATA

  • Harvesting method: manual

  • Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

  • Vinification: after a soft pressing, it ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature and remains there until the end of the fermentation

  • Refinement: the wine matures for five months in steel tanks, where it is subjected to periodic racking and is then left to refine in the bottle for two months

  • Consumption period: excellent up to three years

 

ORGANOLEPTIC DATA

 

  • Colour: intense ruby red

  • Bouquet: fruity, floral and spicy, with a delicate hint of musk

  • Taste: dry, elegant, long and persistent

  • Serving temperature: 18-21°C

  • Pairings: first courses, red meats and fish. Ideal as a meditation wine
