ALTA LANGA DOCG - LU'

 

TECHNICAL DATA

  • Grapes from which it is produced: 60% Pinot Noir - 40% Chardonnay

  • Harvesting method: manual

  • Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

  • Vinification: vinified in white. The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by static clarification

         del mosto, sottoposto esclusivamente a controlled temperature fermentation.

  • Fermentation in the bottle: the fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the method

         classico, con permanenza sui lieviti from a minimum of 30 months to a maximum of 72 months.

         Further refinement in the bottle follows.

 

ORGANOLEPTIC DATA

 

  • Colour: light straw yellow

  • Bouquet: intense and fragrant with hints of yeast and vanilla.

  • Taste: well-structured, full-bodied, slightly acidic, harmonious wine, with good sapidity and a slight bitter aftertaste.

  • Effervescence: fine and very persistent perlage

  • Service temperature: keep cool and serve at 7-10°C

  • Suggested pairings: aperitifs, perfect also combined with white and pia meatsdishes based on fish.
