CLASSIC METHOD ROSE'  "Lù"

 

TECHNICAL DATA

 

  • Harvesting method: manual

  • Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

  • Vinification: vinified in white with fermentation on the skins limited to about two hours

  • Fermentation in the bottle before delivery: from a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 36 months, followed by disgorgement

 

ORGANOLEPTIC DATA

 

  • Colour: light cherry pink

  • Bouquet: well pronounced, fine, with delicate hints of ripe fruit

  • Taste: dry, without harshness, lively and velvety

  • Effervescence: fine-grained, numerous and persistent bubbles

  • Service temperature: keep cool and serve at 7-10°C

  • Pairings: aperitifs, seafood, excellent throughout the meal
