Grapes from which it is produced: 60% Pinot Noir 40% Chardonnay

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Vinification: vinified in white. The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by static clarification of the must, which is subjected exclusively to fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Fermentation in the bottle: the fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the classic method, with permanence on the lees for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 60 months. Further refinement in the bottle follows.

Bouquet: intense and fragrant with hints of yeast and vanilla.

Flavour: well-structured, full-bodied, slightly acidic, harmonious, sapid wine with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
