TECHNICAL DATA

  • Grapes from which it is produced: Barbera

  • Harvesting method: manual

  • Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

  • Vinification and ageing: vinified in steel and then placed in "tonneau" where it remains there for at least 6 months

  • Aging in bottle before delivery: minimum one year

  • Consumption period: excellent up to eight/ten years

ORGANOLEPTIC DATA

 

  • Color: purple red

  • Bouquet: enveloping, warm with notes of blackberries and blueberries

  • Taste: full-bodied, with great elegance and longevity

  • Serving temperature: 17-18°C

  • Pairings: first courses, roasts, braised meats and aged cheeses
