BARBERA D'ASTI SUPERIOR DOCG

 

Technical features

  • Wine grapes: 100% Barbera

  • Grapes' harvesting: handworking

  • Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

  • Wine making and aging: vinified in stainless steel and then aged in "tonneau" for at least 6 months

  • Bottle aging before sale: at least one year

  • Time consumption: excellent until eight/ten years

 

 

Organoleptic features

 

  • Color: Purple Red

  • Wine notes: wrapping, warm with hints of blackberries and blueberries

  • Flavor: rich, with great refinement and longevity

  • Service Temperature: Serve at 17-18°C

  • Food matching: main dishes, roast, braised beef with herbs and matured cheese

  • Bottle type: Bordeaux bottle

  • Further details: it could be packaged into boxes or  marked  wooden cases
