  • Wine making after a soft pressure it ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel and then it stays there until the end of  fermentation

  • Aging: the wine ages for five month in steel tanks where it is subjected to periodic decanting and then is put to age in bottle for two month

  • Time consumption: excellent till 3 years



Organoleptic features


  • Color: intense red – ruby color

  • Wine notes: fruity, floral and spicy with a strong inkling of musky

  • Flavor: dry, elegant, long and persistent

  • Service Temperature: serve at 18-21° C

  • Food Matching: main dishes, meat and fish. Ideal for meditation

  • Bottle type: Bordeaux bottle

  • Further details: it could be packaged into boxes or marked wooden cases
